Hero4Hire concepted, wrote, and produced this introductory video for Academy Award-winning actor Geena Davis' Institute on Gender in Media, the only global research-based organization working collaboratively within the entertainment industry to create gender balance, foster inclusion and reduce negative stereotyping in family entertainment media.

The Geena Davis Institute received an Emmy Award in 2022 for their work to increase on-screen representation.
